    • 今年女人節的主題是「如果子宮會說話」，ifva 特意與大家重溫本地獨立經典作品《卵子體慾》。故事圍繞導演在沒有安全避孕的情況下， 有了BB而選擇墮胎的掙扎。影片拍攝於墮胎前一個晚上，二十五歲的導演黃彩鳯，以DV攝影機自拍的方式，如對着親密愛人對話般，呈現出性的自然需求、生育的恐懼與渴望，以及社會對於女人的束縛。《卵子體慾》觸及了墮胎、女性情慾、媒體呈現和身體自主等議題，在女性身體主權翻天覆地的今天，更顯得具前瞻性及彌足珍貴。由2003到2022，讓我們來一場跨年代的身體對話。

It has been a truly wondrous journey for our team to give birth to yet another campaign that centers around women's lived experiences.

      Our “birthing party” this year is graced by Patisserie La Lune’s womb-themed mooncakes, and PING x Gigi Fong’s bloody bottled cocktails, both designed specifically for the Festival.

      Dove一直深信，美不只有一種定義，每一個妳都擁有自己獨特的美態，可以擁抱了不起的美。2022年，Dove續以「致了不起的美」為概念，邀請擁有不同經歷、美態的女性成為廣告主角，帶出每位女性獨有的非凡美。為進一步鼓勵社會大眾對美的標準更多元化，Dove更首次參與全港唯一一個慶祝女性力量與美麗的活動 Women’s Festival Hong Kong，以行動支持及回應女性與其他邊緣社群在不同領域所面對的挑戰。更誠邀本地知名攝影師Sharon （IG:@neiama）合作舉辨「攝·了不起的美」人像拍攝工作坊，由專業攝影師為參加者留影，旨在讓大家由不同角度去欣賞自己，發掘屬於自己「了不起的美」。

      Real beauty does not fade over time but evolves with all we encountered.

      Dove believes there is no exact definition of beauty as we should define it in our own terms. In 2022, Dove continues to promote beauty inclusiveness with the theme of "Dear Marvelous Beauty" inviting women with different backgrounds to become the protagonists of the campaign. To show support to women in need, Dove also sponsors the Women's Festival Hong Kong for the very first time. It is the one and only event in Hong Kong celebrating the power and beauty of women supporting and responding to all the challenges women and other marginalized communities in different fields are facing. To incorporate sex-positivism and art into their daily lives, the Women's Festival Hong Kong guides the participants to enjoy and appreciate womanhood (and beyond) through several mediums and art forms.

      To encourage women not to limit their own beauty, we have sincerely invited a renowned local photographer Sharon (IG: @neiama) to co-organised the "Dear Marvelous Beauty" Portrait Shooting Workshop. With the assistance of Sharon, we believe participants could discover a different angle of defining one’s beauty.

    • 香港有女性主義運動嗎？講起女性主義或性別平等運動，我們往往不自覺地把目光投向英美或者台灣等地的婦女解放運動，而忽略了香港本身的歷史及特殊性。女性主義運動在每一個社會文化脈絡裡面，都有其獨特的進程：殖民管治、中西混雜、冷戰格局等等都影響了女性主義運動在香港的型態與可能性。投票及被選舉權、就業權、財產繼承權、離婚、同工同酬同福利、避孕、合法墮胎、性暴力相關法律、產假、性解放等等在世界各國的女性主義運動裡面備受關注的議題，在香港歷史上的發展又是怎樣？

      我們邀請到性別研究學者曹文傑博士與女人節創辦人兼同事Sonia對談，帶你認識香港女性主義運動的前世今生。

      在是次「我與子宮的距離：一人一故事劇場體驗」裡，言遇劇團主持人 (又稱領航員) 會邀請現場參加者分享個人的子宮故事和經歷，演出者會主動聆聽、以開放接納的態度即興地以戲劇的形式將故事演繹出來，讓參加者在信任的空間內，說出故事，互相聆聽拉近我們和子宮的距離。個個都係個子宮到出嚟，但唔通個個都鍾意子宮？每月的經痛，那幾天身心的折騰，又有幾多能說出「我愛子宮」的說話。

    • 從前在律師樓當秘書的Jacqueline，因婆婆生前遺下的一盤年桔，開始製作果醬，並跑到不同自由市集擺擋試賣，結果大受歡迎，並成立了 Jamstory 手工果醬品牌！今年 Women's Festival 有幸邀請 Jacqueline 配合今年 A Womb Dialogue 主題，創作全新印度蘆筍根養宮果醬配方，於是次製作坊與參加者一起混醬！印度蘆筍根是印度傳統醫學阿育吠陀中，用來保養子宮的草本植物，能幫助舒緩週期不適引起的癥狀。

    • 我們的身體真的是自由的嗎？我們對於自己的身體真的有自主權嗎？我們的身體真的是屬於自己的嗎？由#MeToo運動、香港性罪行法例修訂拖延多年、到美國近日推翻墮胎作為憲法保障的基本權利，我們不斷被提醒這個殘酷的現實：在看似客觀中立的法律制度與知識系統面前，並不是所有性/別的人都會被同等地看見、公平地對待、給予同樣的機會。對於性/別小眾來說，某些「基本權利」或者並不那麼基本，關於工作、親密關係、家庭崗位以至身體的選擇也不可以與其他人一樣隨心所欲。這種存在於法律以及其他社會系統裡面的差別待遇的普遍性，指向了不同體系裡面根深蒂固的一些對於女性帶有偏見與誤解的假設與規範：某些身體比其他身體更適合某些崗位、某個性別「天生」具有某些優點或缺點、某些身體「天生」有某種特定的功用。這些制度化的偏見不但限制著個體的生命選擇，也扭曲了大眾的價值觀，影響著整個社會邁向多元、平等與自由的發展。

      我們有幸邀請到Jocelyn Tsao及Evelyn Tsao兩位律師，檢視香港法律裡面對於女性及其他邊緣化的身體及自由的種種偏見與限制，並邀請大家由此開始思考如何建立一個真正「性別友善」的社會。

    • 本工作坊由專業物理治療師 Cindy 教授，集中鍛鍊對女性健康至為重要的盆骨底肌肉。盆骨底肌肉由恥骨向後伸展至尾龍骨，分 3 部分圍繞著尿道、陰道和直腸。盆骨底肌肉鍛鍊能防止或改善因生產或年齡增長而導致的膀胱、子宮或腸下垂，對於減少因壓力、咳嗽、打噴嚏或跳動所引起的小便滲漏亦非常有效。最重要的是，鍛鍊盆骨底肌肉有助增加陰道肌肉張力，讓不同年齡的女性都能更自在地享受親密接觸。

      在工作坊中，Cindy 會循序漸進地講解生理結構，針對盆骨底肌肉健康的呼吸及訓練動作。透過練習，參加者將會學習如何鍛鍊深入至內在的核心肌肉，在提高我們對於肌肉的控制同時強化肌肉，從而改善盆骨底肌肉健康。

    • Have you ever wondered how seemingly mundane designs of urban facilities and products construct our everyday gender experiences? Standardized, gender-stereotyped designs limit not only our bodies, but also our possibilities, as gendered beings and as human. From goods like medical appliances, hygiene products, sex toys and furniture, to public utilities like pedestrian lights, escalators and street lamps, to public spaces like toilets, playgrounds and offices, hegemony regarding gender, sexuality, and ability surrounds us in real and concrete ways.

      Think about these: The spacing of street lamps could affect women’s mobility at night. The planning of playgrounds could influence young girls’ participation in sports. The prevalence of staircases could hinder the mobility of elderly and the disabled. The gender-binary designs of toilets and changing rooms could exclude non-binary individuals, but also be unfriendly to women, caretakers, and menstruators.

    • Who is a mother? Is mother just a birth-giver, or is mother more? We have been living with the belief that blood is the strongest bond, that you can only love unconditionally whom you are related to. Family, we are taught, means natal family with members that are tied by genes and surnames, and a mother is the person whose womb we once inhabit. For better or for worst, you can’t choose your mother, and you can’t choose your family. But what if we can? Would you choose to mother not your own blood, but that of another person, to mother someone with a kindred spirit, or even to mother a community?

      From drag mothers, step-parents, to community matriarchs - this sharing is inspired by and honours different kinds of mothers. When one begins to think of “mothering” as the conscious act of providing for someone their needs for care, support, and sense of belonging, of actively choosing to nurture and love unconditionally, then we might begin to realize the potential of mother in every one of us.
