Smita More 是阿育吠陀治療師、能量醫學治療師和生活導師。Smita學習傳統印度醫學，並糅合了Marma 療法（古老的穴位按摩），亦接受過冥想和調息與瑜伽的培訓，獲得以瑜伽治療成人及兒童的專業資格。
在過去的 30 年裡，Smita 一直實踐這種整全健康治療，並且一直在喀拉拉邦和美國的學校跟隨大師學習阿育吠陀。
Smita 是在中國舉辦的 2021 年 BOAS 國際婦女論壇的受邀演講者，以表彰她在 Covid 19 大流行期間為婦女做出的寶貴貢獻。她曾在許多健康雜誌上發表過文章，並參加了印度領事館在香港舉辦的阿育吠陀日活動，該活動由印度阿育什部認可，並被廣泛報導。
Smita More is an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, Energy Medicine Healer and a Life Mentor. She is also trained in Meditation and pranayama with Yoga for adults and children to become a Yoga therapist. She also incorporates Marma therapy (ancient acupressure points for good vital health).
Smita has been doing this holistic wellness practice for the past 30 years and has been learning Ayurveda from authentic masters & schools in Kerala & the USA.
Smita helps seekers of health attain wellness through her Ayurveda wisdom & energy healing. She believes that whatever afflicts the body will affect the mind and hence a holistic approach is necessary to heal & attain health – in body & mind.
Smita was an invited speaker at BOAS International Women’s Forum 2021, held in China for her invaluable contribution to the empowerment of women during the Covid 19 pandemic era. She has been published in many wellness magazines and has been a part of Ayurveda day in Hongkong held by Indian Consulate which was incorporated by ministry of ayush from India and has been published in Indian newspaper and in China newspaper.
She does her healing sessions online & therefore enjoys a worldwide following. Currently, she practices in person in Hong Kong.
She engages in studying the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, energy medicine which is teaching from her master’s modalities and teaching from Alice Bailies wisdom of seven rays of humanity, esoteric psychology and is currently devoted to the upbringing of those who face challenges in life – in mind, body & spirit.
Smita calls herself a Holistic Wellbeing Healer.
