小曹，曹文傑博士，現於香港中文大學性別研究課程擔任全職講師，長期參與香港性／別運動。近年醉心「非暴力溝通」的學習和推廣，探索社會變革的靈性基礎，以及推動個人與社會的深度轉化。
Siu CHO, a.k.a. Dr. Joseph Cho, is currently working as a full-time lecturer in the Gender Studies Programme of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has participated in Hong Kong gender/sexuality movements for years. Recently, he has been very enthusiastic about learning and promoting Nonviolent Communication and exploring the spiritual dimension of social change with the hope of bringing about deep transformation at both individual and collective levels.
