Evelyn Tsao is a public interest lawyer and partner at Patricia Ho & Associates. She obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) at Harvard University concentrating on feminist jurisprudence and human rights.
Evelyn’s practice principally involves advancing the rights of marginalized and vulnerable groups such as battered women, foreign domestic helpers, and members of the LGBTQ family. She recently worked on a successful case obtaining parental rights for same-sex partners, and she now continues to tackle issues of discrimination, forced marriage, and trafficking.
