Dr. Kong (MBchB (CUHK), FRCOG, FHKCOG, FHKAM(O&G), Cert HKCOG (Reprod Med)) is currently the Honorary Associate Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong., She is now working in The Women’s Clinic.
After graduating in medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Dr. Kong trained in obstetrics and gynaecology in Hong Kong. She became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) in 2006, obtained the fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) (FHKAM(O&G)) and Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (HKCOG) in 2007. In 2012, she further obtained from HKCOG the subspecialty qualification in Reproductive Medicine.
Apart from the clinical work at a tertiary subfertility referral centre, she is involved in both clinical and basic researches. She has a particular interest in miscarriage, infertility, reproductive surgery, assisted reproductive technology and preimplantation genetic testing. She has published a number of research articles on those areas.
