林寶儀 Bowie 為青躍 – 青少女發展網絡創辦人及現任總幹事，2010年畢業於嶺南大學社會科學榮譽學士畢業，有感香港欠缺支援邊緣青少女的社會資源，於是畢業同年創辦機構並營運至今。同時，亦對慈善機構策略發展深感興趣，2016年畢業於香港大學非牟利管理項士學位，2020年完成布思商學院亞洲行政人員工商管理碩士（EMBA）課程。
Bowie Lam is the Founder and Executive Director of Teen’s Key – Young Women Development Network. She graduated from Lingnan University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons). As she noticed a lack of resources in society for marginalized young women, she founded Teen’s Key in the same year and has managed it ever since. As she is also interested in the strategic development of charity organizations, she graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2016 with a Masters of Nonprofit Management. She completed her Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2020.
