May Nogoy自1996年開始隨瑜珈大師學習，擔任瑜珈導師18年，其「Flow For Freedom」課程致力以瑜珈提升身心發展。
作為香港社區發展的基石成員之一，May通過共同創辦The Garden Gathering等倡議，向婦嬬推動生態意識和可持續生活方式，並培養對大自然的感恩之心。她亦致力推動青少年發展，曾為HKIS和Yoga People of the Public（家庭傭工和教師的平台）舉辦瑜珈課程。
她曾是IRIS Your Escape Wellness Fest的主任，現時擔任Fivelements Habitat的健康策展人，繼續投入於可持續發展、瑜伽、冥想和茶道。
May Nogoy has been studying with yoga masters since 1996 and has been teaching yoga for 18 years. Her “Flow For Freedom” sessions focus on heart and alignment-based yoga to cultivate healing and empowerment.
May has also been a keystone in developing Hong Kong’s wellness community. May’s initiatives include founding ‘The Garden Gathering’, where women and children are united with the common purpose of fostering conscious evolution and leading with gratitude and respect for our Mother Nature. She also devotes herself in developing teen wellness programs for HKIS and Yoga People of the Public (a platform for domestic helpers and teachers).
She was the director for IRIS Your Escape Wellness Fest, and now Wellness Curator with Fivelements Habitat where she continues to serve human-centered sustainability, yoga, meditation, and Tea Ceremony.
