本工作坊由專業瑜珈導師 Stella 教授,集中鍛鍊對女性健康至為重要的盆骨底肌肉。盆骨底肌肉由恥骨向後伸展至尾龍骨,分 3 部分圍繞著尿道、陰道和直腸。盆骨底肌肉鍛鍊能防止或改善因生產或年齡增長而導致的膀胱、子宮或腸下垂,對於減少因壓力、咳嗽、打噴嚏或跳動所引起的小便滲漏亦非常有效。最重要的是,鍛鍊盆骨底肌肉有助增加陰道肌肉張力,讓不同年齡的女性都能更自在地享受親密接觸。

在一小時的課程中,導師會循序漸進地教授瑜珈的體能技巧、呼吸與伸展技巧、及針對盆骨底肌肉健康的瑜珈動作。透過練習,參加者將會學習如何鍛鍊深入至內在的核心肌肉,在提高我們對於肌肉的控制同時強化肌肉,從而改善盆骨底肌肉健康。

*建議學員穿著舒適的運動衫褲
*瑜伽練習適宜空腹進行,所以請盡量在工作坊開始前2-3小時停止進食。
*記得在課前和課後補充水分。

本工作坊適合所有年齡層參與,特別是媽媽和成熟女性。

Yoga improves our sexual health by teaching us how to inhabit our bodies, which is really just an abstract way of saying that we become familiar with the most intricate parts of our anatomy, all the way down to those internal core muscles.

In this session, certified Yoga Instructor, Stella Lo teaches stretching and strengthening techniques, with a special focus on Pelvic-floor Muscles which are vital to the well-being of women of all ages!

This 60 minute class is designed for people of all levels of ability, and a space for students to slowly but consistently build on:

Basic physical skills of yoga
Breathing and stretching skills to ignite your internal energy
Yoga poses especially beneficial for your Pelvic-floor Muscles and sexual health

*Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise.
*Yoga is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all for 2-3 hours before.
*Stay hydrated.

This workshop is suitable for people of all ages, and mothers and mature ladies are especially welcomed!

  • Black Rainstorm Warning: All programme will continue as scheduled.
  • Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above: Programme that have started will continue. If warning signal is in effect 2 hours prior to the start of the programme, the programme will be cancelled. The programme may be re-scheduled, or the participants can choose to receive refund.
  • Participant agrees to the main terms and conditions and specific terms and conditions when they purchase tickets or participate in the events.
